We enjoyed staying 1 night here. Ideal hotel, staff were exceptionally nice and the location was wonderful in the center. The room was neat, provided with kosher meals included and TV plus a very good bathroom.

Hotel was wonderful and absolutely fantastic, enjoyed our stay.
The room was new-fashioned and decent sized, had private bathroom. Facilities we needed were available: a work desk, pay TV and ironing facilities. The service was excellent, the food was great.

- The staff was very friendly. - Check out by 12:00, very pleasant for "late risers". - The location is good. The train station and the city center were easily accessible on foot. - The bed is very cozy
- I expected more from a 5 * hotel. - There were several stains on the carpet in the room, in the shower / bathtub there were typical "pink" stains on and around the joints. - Hotel was very noisy. The door can only be used without a handle from the outside and therefore any door bangs constantly in the corridor. - The breakfast staff spoke only limited English and seemed overwhelmed. - The "breakfast cellar" was very loud and dirty. Tables were only newly set or cleaned very slowly, guests telephoned via video chat at the next table and that was just very annoying. In my opinion, the staff must intervene in such cases. Generally the room is very small and you sit very close together. - The breakfast buffet was refilled very slowly. (We came at 9:30 am for breakfast, breakfast until 11:00 am). - The food is kosher, unfortunately nothing is "signposted" and so you are a bit stuck as a non-Jewish guest. My breakfast consisted of 2 dry and old rolls, cheese and egg, which I get in every standard 3 * hotel. - Parking was very expensive! (700 crowns / 24h). All in all perfectly fine for one night but absolutely underground for a 5 * hotel and therefore overpriced. . Wanted to "treat" me and my girlfriend - Unfortunately, that didn't work and we were both very disappointed / shocked and can therefore NOT make any RECOMMENDATION. . I can in no way understand how this hotel got 5 *.

The hotel is also particularly attractive for non-Jews, as it is very clean, friendly and the breakfast buffet is extensive and excellent; The staff is particularly friendly and so are the guests. The buffet not only consists of the classic ham cheese and egg dishes / eggs for salty breakfasts, but the hotel offers different salads and salty delicacies; there is a machine for freshly squeezed orange juice! The hotel is located near the train station on a not very attractive corner, but only a few minutes walk from the center. The guests are mostly devout Jews and the atmosphere is particularly nice and friendly.
The room was quite small and had only a skylight window that could be operated with a telescopic rod. On the Sabbath there is no coffee machine at breakfast and therefore only a soluble cafe (I should have known that).

great hotel, but needs a bit more attention to detail
The cleanliness throughout the hotel was amazing. The meals were both delicious and catered to our dietary needs effortlessly.
The lobby coffee area could use a bit more seating.

Porter was very helpful and friendly. Very short walk to the center of the old town in Prague. Breakfast was very nice, had variety and a very friendly staff.
Room needed to be "re-touched" in several areas. The wood beams showed some mildew. Furniture needed to be repaired or replaced. Bar needed a better selection of beers...and get one on tap!

Hotel is in anice location to the city center, comfortable, with nice staff specially at the reception with ambition to help specifically Suzanna and Daniel. Also, the breakfast is nice with good smiling staff at resturant.
Neede to mention in the location to go to the other side of the city (New mega companies) you have to cross the highway and no metro or public trnasportation at ease.To improve the variables in the buffet.

The hotell personell were very helpful and all working in the reception that we met were polite, asking what we were planning, giving tips and ideas to make your stay as enjoyable as they could. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. There was a good choice in the breakfast buffet and everything was very tasty. The hotel was just a block away from the nearest underground and 5 minutes walk from the Powder Tower
The hotel situation is not in the best spot. A couple of sex shops and rundown shops as neighbours. The view from the front of the hotel was a motorway and in the back was just rooftops. The room smelt of smoke.
